Our Refund Policy
New South Wales Probate does not offer a refund of fees except if we have not carried out any work towards obtaining a grant of Probate within six (6) weeks from the date of your payment.
There can be no guarantee that you will be successful in obtaining Probate from the Supreme Court. The Court can refuse to grant Probate or require that there be a court appearance for the purposes of legal argument being made (requisition). For that reason, we do not offer refunds but can assist you in addressing the requisition for a fee.
